Learning in Tandem

Learning with a tandem partner is a special type of peer learning. You’re completely free to choose the objectives of your learning projects, the way they are carried out and where you learn. Most participants learn in tandem alongside their language courses in order to practise speaking freely, learn about the target culture at first hand and acquire intercultural skills. Tandem Meeting

On 29 April, we invite all students to a tandem meeting! During the event, you will have the opportunity to get to know a tandem partner in person. In addition, the basics of learning in tandem will be taught interactively. We look forward to meeting you! All languages are welcome!

Online tandem exchange

During teaching term, we run an online tandem exchange. You can register via an online form and we will find a suitable tandem partner for you as quickly as possible based on your preferences. Once we’ve found a learning partner for you, we will invite you to an initial short online meeting. After that, you’ll continue learning together responsibility your own. All stored data will be deleted after the end of the semester. We look forward to your registration!
